Press this first. Vault reads ChatGPT through undocumented internal addresses that OpenAI can change at any time. This checks every one of them against your live session and changes nothing.

Zero risk to your account: this reads the ZIP that OpenAI emails you (Settings → Data Controls → Export data) and never contacts ChatGPT at all.
Safe Mode cannot recover your project instructions or the files you uploaded to a project — OpenAI's official export does not contain them. Only a normal export (above) can.
5. Settings
Longer pauses look more like a person browsing and are gentler on your account. Shorter pauses finish sooner. The default is a deliberately cautious 550 ms.
